Diamond Texture Ensemble

Supplies:
1 Skein Peaches & Creme™Knitting worsted yarn
1 Pair Size 7 (US) single point needles
1 Pair Size 7 (US) double point needles
Tapestry needle
Scissors

Cast On:
Back Scrubber: 20 stitches
Soap Sack: 34 stitches
Small Cloth: 24 stitches
Medium Cloth: 36 stitches
Large Cloth: 44 stitches

YRN: wrap yarn from front to back through the needles and to the front. It
is a yo for purls.


Knit border for 1 inch, then begin pattern.

Pattern:
x4
Row 1(RS): B4,knit,B4.
Row 2: B4,p1,*yrn,p2,pass made over st over the purl sts,p2*end p1,B4. Row
3: B4,knit,B4.
Row 4: B4,p3*yrn,p2,pass made st over purl sts,p2* end p1,B4.

Pattern consists of 4 rows. Knit till 1 border distance away from
desired length. Knit Border, bind off and weave in ends.

For Back scrubber:
CO: 20 stitches

Knit 1" of border and start pattern.

Knit till 16-19" then knit border. Bind off all but 3 stitches, knit I
cord for 9"
bind off and sew for handle. Knit a second I-cord for 9" for cast on edge
handle.

For Soap Sack:

Row 1: *k1,wrn to make 1,k2tog*k1.

Knit this pattern for 5-6" then begin the pattern below:

Row 1 (RS): *k1,yo,k2tog*
Row 2- Purl
Row 3: knit
Row 4: Purl
Row 5: Bind off.

Sew side seam and bottom together. Cut two pieces of ribbon. Weave in and
out the
eyelets from the left hand side and the right hand side . This will pull
the bag
closed or open. The two ends of ribbong on the left- tie together, trim,
leaving a 7
inch tail from bag. Repeat to the right hand side.
