Johnny Appleseed Cloth and Mug Rug

Supplies:
1 Skein
Peaches &Creme™ Knitting worsted yarn solid or variegated
1 Pair of size 7 (US) single point needles
Tapestry needle or Crochet hook

B4= border stitch 4 stitches
Border- knit 1"  then start pattern. Border can be moss stitch or garter stitch

Cast On:
Mug Rug: 28 stitches
Small Cloth: 38 stitches
Large CLoth 48 stitches

Pattern:
x10 stitches
Row 1: B4,k1,*p1,k1,p1k7*end repeat with k6,B4.
Row 2: B4,*p5,(k1,p1)x2,k1* B4.
Row 3: B4,k6,*p1,k1,p1,k7*end last repeat with k1,B4.
Row 4: B4,*(k1,p1)x2,k1,p5*,B4.

Repeat these 4 rows till border distance from finished length. Knit border, bind off and finish.
