Japanese Feather
This pattern as a side to side wave that pull stitches right and left.
Great for back scrubber for it shows the delicate wave.

Supplies:
1 Skein Peaches & Creme™ Knitting Worsted
1 Pair size 7(US) single point needles
1 Pair size 7 (US) double point needles
Tapestry needle
Scissors

Cast on:
Back Scrubber: 20 stitches
Small Cloth: 31 stitches
Large Cloth: 42 stitches

Knit 1" of border, begin pattern.

Pattern:
11+1
Row 1 and all odd rows: B4,k1,*p10,k1*B4.
Row 2 (RS): B4,p1,*k10,p1*,B4.
Row 4: B4,p1,*k10,p1*,B4.
Row 6: B4,p1,*k1,(yo,k1)x3,(ssk)x3,p1*B4.
Row 8: B4,p1,*k1,(k1,yo)x3,(ssk)x3,p1* B4
Row 10: B4,p1,*k1,(yo,k1)x3,(ssk)x3,p1*B4.
Row 12: B4,p1,*k1,(k1,yo)x3,(ssk)x3,p1* B4
Row 14:,B4,p1,*k1,(yo,k1)x3,(ssk)x3,p1*B4.
Row 16:,B4,p1,*k10,p1*,B4.
Row 18: B4,p1,*k10,p1*,B4.
Row 20: B4,p1,*(k2tog)x3,(k1,yo) x3, k1,p1*B4.
Row 22: B4,p1,*(k2tog)x3,(yo,k1)x3,k1,p1,B4.
Row 24: B4,p1,*(k2tog)x3,(k1,yo) x3, k1,p1*B4.
Row 26: B4,p1,*(k2tog)x3,(yo,k1)x3,k1,p1,B4.
Row 28: B4,p1,*(k2tog)x3,(k1,yo) x3, k1,p1*B4.

Repeat rows 1-28 for pattern. Knit till border distance from desired
length. Knit border, bind off and weave in ends.

For Backscrubber:
CO: 20 stitches

Knit 1" of border and start pattern.

Knit till 16-19" then knit border. Bind off all but 3 stitches, knit I
cord for 9" bind off and sew for handle. Knit a second I-cord for 9" for
cast on edge handle.
