Border is B2 for the pattern instead of B3.

Knit 1" of border and start pattern.

Knit till 16-19" then knit border. Bind off all but 3 stitches, knit I
cord for 9" bind off and sew for handle. Knit a second I-cord for 9" for
cast on edge handle.
