Movement Ensemble

Gift Giving ideas, mugs, teas, cider mixes in a basket with mug warmer, cloths, candles
for a great Christmas or Holiday Basket. Use small cloth ( 20 stitches ) to make mug rugs.


Supplies:
1 Skein Peaches n Cream™ Knitting worsted yarn
1 Pair Size 7 (US) single point needles
1 Pair Size 7 (US) double point needles
Tapestry needle
Scissors

Abbreviations:
LT:: Left twist: knit the second stitch, then knit the first stitch through
back loop (the first stitch crosses over the second stitch, to the
left).

RT:Right twist: knit the second stitch through back loop, then knit the
first stitch (the second stitch crosses over the first stitch, to the
right).

Pattern
x6+4

Row 1 (RS): B2, k2,p2,*lt,p4* end lt, p2,k2,B2.
Row 2: B2,k4*p2,k4*B2.
Row 3: B2,k2,*k3tog,yo,sl1-k2tog-psso*end k2,B2.
Row 4: B2,k2,p1,*(k1,p1) twice in the yo of previous row, p2*end last
repeat p1,k2,B2. instead of p2.
Row 5: B2,k3,*p4,rt* end p4,k3,B2.
Row 6: B2,k2,p1,*k4,p2*k4,p1,k2,B2.
Row 7: B2,k2,yo,*sl1-k2tog-psso,k3tog,yo* end k2,B2.
Row 8: B2,k2,(k1,p1) into the yo*p2,(k1,p1) twince in the yo of the
previous row* end (k1,p1) into the yo,k2,B2.

Cloths:

Cast On:
Small Cloth: 20 or 26 stitches
Medium Cloth: 32 or 38 stitches
Large Cloth: 44 or 50 stitches

Use B2 on the cloths edges.
Knit border for 1 inch, then begin pattern. Knit till 1 border distance
away from
desired length finish on an odd row, then knit border for 1". Bind off and
weave in
ends.




Back Scrubber:

Cast On:
20 stitches

Knit 1" of border and start pattern. Use B2 for edge borders.

Knit till 16-19" end on an odd row,  then knit border. Bind off all but 3
stitches,
knit I
cord for 9" bind off and sew for handle. Knit a second I-cord for 9" for
cast on edge handle.
